Request Catalyst Testing

This form is used to request testing of a 1" diameter core that you will extract from your existing catalyst.

Upon completion of this form (including a PO number), you will be sent a core kit for you to use to extract a core sample of the catalyst. Johnson Matthey will test the core sample, and prepare a report for you (click here to view a sample report). Click Here to view Frequently Asked Questions

Next Steps:

Upon receipt of the completed form with purchase order number, Johnson Matthey will assign a RGA number and send out a core kit with instructions. Instructions for how to use the core kit can be viewed here. Please use the Core kit to take a sample, and send the sample back to Johnson Matthey Please mark the sample with the RGA number, and be sure to send the core kit back to us - failure to return the core kit will result in a fee of $1000. Test results will be available in 8-10 weeks after the return of the sample and complete core kit.
